HMG Automotive – Returns & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
HMG Automotive aims to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase and installation. If you experience an issue with a product or service, please contact us within 14 days of installation or delivery.
2. Product Returns
- Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Special order or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Defective Items
If a product is found to be faulty:
- Contact us immediately at information@g17group.com
- HMG Automotive will arrange inspection and testing.
- If confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with manufacturer warranty terms.
4. Installation Services
- Installation fees are non-refundable once work has been carried out.
- If there is an issue caused by installation workmanship, we will inspect and correct it free of charge under our 30-day workmanship guarantee.
- Any damage caused by third-party tampering or misuse is not covered.
5. Returns Process

- Provide your invoice number, product name, and reason for return.
- We’ll advise you on how to return or arrange inspection.
