At HMG Automotive, we provide nationwide installation services and also sell selected physical products. Our shipping and delivery terms vary depending on the type of product or service ordered.

1. Installation Services

Most items on our website — such as dashcams, trackers, immobilisers, screen upgrades, Apple CarPlay activations, and reverse cameras — are installation-based services.

  • Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to arrange your installation date and location.

  • Our mobile installation team covers all areas of the United Kingdom.

  • There is no physical shipment for installation services.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your scheduled date and the installer’s contact details.


2. Shipped Products (e.g. Car Air Fresheners or Accessories)

For physical products, such as car air fresheners, the following shipping terms apply:

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping method: Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent courier.

  • Delivery time: Typically 2–5 business days within the UK.

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout

  • International delivery: Currently unavailable.

You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
